These conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions you may not use or access this Website.

Access: You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
Orders: We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the web-site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the web-site. We will send an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it in accordance with our conditions set out below. Non acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances:

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

PAYMENT
All prices are stated in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account prior to dispatch of orders.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order once it has been submitted. Please note that this includes changing the size or colour of an item, removing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a strict no refund policy.
We hope you love your order as much as we do, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, items can be exchanged only within 14 days of receiving the order. Please notify us of the return within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Items must be unworn, with labels and tags still attached, no signs of makeup or perfume either. Items must be returned to us within the 14 day period. Customers are responsible for the return and will incur return shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
Please note that we are unable to refund the original delivery charge.
Sale items are excluded from the exchange policy.
Please note: given the nature of the fabric and lighting and photography, there may be slight colour variations from the photos due to monitor setting
SALES AND DISCOUNTS
Please note that only one discount code can be used per transaction and can only be applied to full price items, unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes, offers, credit notes or promotions cannot be combined or applied to previously placed orders.

Discount codes can be used once per customer unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes may be subject to a time and date restriction, they cannot be used once the expiry date has passed.
We reserve the right to discontinue the offer at any time.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES
Depending on the value of your order and your specific country, you may be charged customs or import fees once your parcel arrives into your country. As stated in our ‘Terms and Conditions’, these fees must be paid by the customer and won’t be covered by Anyah Trends. These charges are not applied by Anyah Trends therefore can’t be refunded. The charges are set by your country and vary between orders, we’re unable to predict what the charges may be. For further information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.
THE PRODUCTS
The description of each product is based on details provided to us by the Partners, and, although we strive to be accurate in these, we can’t guarantee these will be entirely free of errors. We also can’t guarantee the true colour of each product will be displayed in each image, due to computer, mobile and tablet display and colour settings, so please consider that images are for illustrative purposes only.
